To create an article we need to define the basic content selected for it. We need to know where, when, and what it should be about. Let's start with selecting those items, starting with Set Location.
Let's start creating an article. The initial steps would be selecting the basic perimeters of it. Start with Set Location by selecting an area on the map, continue with Set Timeframe by selecting a time span from and to define when. Finaly Specify Topics. Once all that is sorted out we can continue to the next step in the process.
